A “proactive problem-solver,” Boyd takes pride in “thinking outside the box” and “finding more efficient ways to complete tasks.”

Boyd earned his bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Northern Colorado.

In his spare time, Boyd enjoys spending time with his wife Teressa and children (Jessica and Tate), as well as golf, fishing, and anything to do with cars.

Nic Pade, Partner / Sales and Marketing
Nic Pade, ExTex Division Order ServicesNic grew up in the business (his father Dennis Pade is one of the founding partners of ExTex), and he felt like it was a natural path as a professional.

After graduating from college, and before joining ExTex in 2013, Nic started off in the health and wellness world (including working as a manager of a senior living/hospice medical supply company).

As part of his work, Nic is passionate about “helping clients and potential clients understand what we do on a daily basis.”

He believes that “attitude and effort are the gold standards” and that “leading by example and understanding that you don’t know everything are key.” He enjoys the variety of the work at ExTex, noting that “they say the oil patch is a small world, and it is, but we don’t have a single client who does exactly what the others do.”

Nic takes pride in building a team that he can “trust and believe in, to maintain company standards.”

Nic earned his bachelor’s degree from Mesa State College and a certificate in Petroleum and Land Management from the University of Houston.

In his spare time, Nic enjoys spending time with his wife Erin and their children (Carter and Madyn), as well as camping, fishing, coaching his kids’ sports teams, and traveling.

Ashley Krier, Partner / Administration and HR
Ashley Krier, ExTex Division Order ServicesAshley Krier started working for ExTex, as a file clerk, when she was in junior high school (her father Dennis Pade is one of the founding partners of ExTex). In 2009, after years of working in the recreation field, Ashley rejoined ExTex as a Revenue Accountant, and in 2021, she became a partner.

Ashley’s fortes are organization and planning, and as the only woman in the partnership, she tries to “utilize the skills that come more naturally to me and plan for the what-ifs.”

She loves all aspects of her work, including: completing a task (big or small), helping solve an IT issue, working through an HR situation, coming up with new ideas, and “always having an open door” with staff.

Ashley believes that being an effective leader requires “staying connected to the day-to-day work and going into the weeds to understand the systems and software,” so that she and her team can problem-solve.

Ashley earned her bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Management from the University of Colorado. She is a member of the Denver Petroleum Club.

In her spare time, Ashley enjoys spending time with her husband Curtis, as well as cooking, Legos, shopping, music, crafting, hanging out with friends and family, and pampering her “fur children,” (Walter the dog and Kona the cat).
