Dennis Pade - ExTex Founder, Co-Owner, Manager (1998-present)
Dennis co-architected the formation of the ExTex Company. he developed, coordinated and implemented the ExTex Concept of Operations which are the company fundamentals currently in place. He is currently responsible for Contract Administration, Title Maintenance and Ownership Verification.
He is a certified Division Order Analyst and a Register Land Professional with the American Association of Landmen. He is also currently an active member of DADOA, NADOA, DAPL, and AAPL
From 1981-1998, Dennis served as the manager of the Lease Ownership Department for Equiva Trading Company, formerly Texaco Trading and Transportatin Inc. (TTTI). He was co-author of the Technical Training Manual for the Division Order Department and managed a staff of 18 personnel.
Chris Pennels - ExTex Founder, Co-Owner, Manager (1998-present)
Chris co-architected the formation of the ExTex Company. His current ExTex responsibilities include supervision of Regulatory Set-up, Verification/Input and management of Accounting and Tax Divisions.
He is currently an active member of DADOA, NADOA, DAPL, and AAPL and serves as a board and committee member to each group. He is a certified Division Order Analyst and a Registered Land Professional.
From 1989-1998, Chris served as a Senior Division Order Analyst for Equiva Trading Company. He served as department Minerals Management Service liaison and department mentor.

Boyd Sanstra - ExTex Founder, Co-Owner, Manager (1998-present)
Boyd co-architected the formation of the ExTex Company. His key role for our start-up company was the computer (hardware, software, and database) Systems Integrations and Systems Engineering functions. He indentified the unique requirements to customize Wolfepak software, performed initial software and hardware installation, and performed the final end-to-end qualification system test and activation.
He is currently responsible for the IT/Software/Hardware/Database Management
From 1989-1998, Boyd served as a Division Order Analyst for Equiva Trading Company. He provided computer support and was the advisor to the Equiva Information Services Group.
