Dennis Pade - President
Dennis was previously the Manager of the Lease Ownership Department for Equiva Trading Company (formerly Texaco Trading & Transportation, Inc.). He served Equiva and their predecessor companies as an analyst and manager from 1981 to 1998. He is currently an active member of DADOA, NADOA, DAPL, & AAPL. He is a Certified Division Order Analyst and a Registered Land Professional.
Chris Pennels - Vice President
Chris was previously a Senior Division Order Analyst for Equiva Trading Company (formerly Texaco Trading & Transportation, Inc.) from 1989-1998. He served as department MMS liaison and department mentor. He is currently an active member of DADOA, NADOA, DAPL & AAPL and serves as a board and committee member to each group. He has a BSBA, in Management, from the University of Denver, in 1977 and a MBA in 1981. He is also a Certified Division Order Analyst and a Registered Land Professional.
Boyd Sanstra - Vice President
Boyd was previously a Division Order Analyst for Equiva Trading Company (formerly Texaco Trading & Transportation, Inc.) from 1989-1998. He also served as computer support and advisor to the Equiva Information Services Group. He has a BSBA, in Marketing, from the University of Northern Colorado, in 1988.
Jeri Herskovits - Tax accountant
Jeri was previously the Controller for Star Resources LLC from 2000-2004; a Senior Accountant for Carbon Energy from 1998-2000; an Accountant JIB/REV for Samuel Gary Jr. & Associates from 1988-1997; a Sales engineering Rep for Smith International from 1980-1987; a Clerk/Sales Rep with Smith Tool from 1972-1980. She has a total of 34 years combined oil industry experience. She has a BS in Accounting and a BA in Business from Regis University.
Patty Warnick - Division Order Analyst
Patty was previously a Division Order Analyst for Texaco Trading & Transportation, Inc., Kinder Morgan and Forest Oil. She began her oil career in 1978. She is currently an active member of DADOA & NADOA.
Luann Green - Lease Analyst / Office Manager
Luann was previously a Crude Oil Accountant for Equiva Trading Company (formerly Texaco Trading & Transportation, Inc.) from 1989 to 1998. She began her oil & gas career in 1977 as an Oil & Gas Revenue Accountant. In addition to her accounting background she has acquired experience in division orders, title & lease records and lease acquisitions.
Edie Luken - Lease Analyst
Edie has over 25 years of oil & gas accounting experience covering all phases from joint interest billing to revenue/run ticket to crude oil net outs. She also has experience with division orders and title transfers. She came to ExTex after 16 years with Gary-Williams Energy Corporation where she was the supervisor of Crude Oil Accounting. She has handled accounting for small independent oil companies through a small refining company.
Anna VanCleave - Lease Analyst
Anna was previously a Production Tech for Westport Resources Corporation (now Anadarko Petroleum) from 2000-2004. Prior to this she worked in the Accounts Transfer Division of Merrill Lynch as a transfer agent, and prior to this as a Commercial Teller for Wells Fargo Bank of Colorado (formerly Northwest Banks).
Stan Vargas - Associate Division Order Analyst
Stan was previously a Revenue Accountant for Westport Resources Corporation (now Anadarko Petroleum) from 2003-2007. He is currently a student at Arapahoe Community College pursuing his degree. He is a current member of the DADOA, NADOA, DAPL and AAPL.
Robert Stevens - Lease Analyst
Robert was a senior financial analyst at Texaco Exploration & Production from 1999 to 2001. He was with Texaco Trading & Transportation from 1985 to 1998, his last position was assistant accounting supervisor. Prior to that, he was with Petro-Lewis Corporation from 1981 to 1985. Robert's industry experience includes lease purchases and sales, pipeline, joint interest, revenue, severance taxes, and division of interest. Robert has a BS in Accounting from Western Michigan University.
